Due to the nature of 3D printing and personalization, slight variations in color, finish, or texture may occur and are considered normal.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
Prices include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
4. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
MAG Forge reserves the right to:
- Cancel any order
- Limit quantities
- Refuse service
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud
If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be processed.
5. Payment
We accept secure payments through Shopify-supported payment gateways.
Your payment information is processed securely and is never stored on our servers.
6. Personalized Products
Personalized products are manufactured according to the information provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for verifying:
- Names
- Text
- Images
- Logos
- Links
- NFC information
MAG Forge is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer after production has begun.
7. NFC Products
Customers are responsible for ensuring the information programmed onto NFC products is accurate.
Compatibility depends on the customer's smartphone and NFC capabilities.
MAG Forge is not responsible for limitations caused by unsupported devices or third-party applications.
8. Intellectual Property
All product designs, images, graphics, logos, videos, website content, and branding are the exclusive property of MAG Forge.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
MAG Forge shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Delays caused by courier services
- Misuse of products
Our liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
